About Us
​JK House of Grace, Inc. is a privately owned and operated assisted living residence. We provide personal care and support services to seniors who need help with daily living as a result of physical or cognitive disabilities.
Our residents receive assisted living while staying in a true home environment, not a large institution. We have four assisted living homes, three located in the Aquarius community of Silver Spring and one home is located in Rockville in the upper Aspen Hill area. Our small size allows us to cater our activities and menus to the preferences of our residents. In addition, we devote personal attention to the mental, physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. We strive to provide an environment that preserves the warmth, the caring, the comforts, and the routines of home.
Our staff is trained to recognize and to respect the "whole" person. We provide 24-hour supervision; a registered nurse on call 24 hours a day; monitoring of all prescription and non-prescription medications; daily personal assistance with bathing and grooming; home cooked meals approved by a registered dietitian; social and recreational activities and outings; and transportation to beauty and medical appointments as arranged.

Since 1995, Maria has worked in the home healthcare field specializing in the care of the elderly. She has been recognized by colleagues and medical professionals for providing high quality nursing care. Maria has demonstrated the ability to manage, plan, and organize. Maria has fulfilled her life-long dream by establishing an assisted living facility where all aspects of the residents lives - body, mind, and spirit - are cared for and cared about. She founded and established JK House of Grace, Inc in 2001. She welcomes the opportunity to provide care for your loved one.
